Our Story

West Batch started with two simple things: a love of baking and a desire to build something of my own.

As a student from West Wales, I've always enjoyed spending time in the kitchen creating recipes, testing new flavours, and making treats for family and friends. At the same time, I'd wanted to start a business for years, but I never found the right idea.

The more protein bars I tried, the more I felt they all had the same problem. Many were loaded with added sugars, packed with ingredients I couldn't pronounce, and never quite tasted like a treat.

I wanted something different. Something made with simple ingredients, less added sugar, and flavours that felt more like something you'd bake at home than something made in a factory.

Every West Batch product is made in small batches using real ingredients, with a focus on flavour first. Whether it's our protein bars or our baked treats, the goal is simple: create products that people genuinely look forward to eating.

We're not a big company. We're not a factory. Every batch starts in a kitchen here in West Wales, where recipes are tested, mixed, baked and packed with care before being sent out to customers across the UK.
